my own design
This was a very personal project, I wanted a pizza oven, smoker, open fire, BBQ and a spit for roasted. After searching the web I could not find any designs close to what I wanted, so I decided to design my own. The result has far exceeded my expectations, the pizzas that come out of the oven are like no others, the roasts that come off the spit are succulent and tender, I can BBQ all year round, The salmon I have tried in the smoker are full of flavour and the open fire keeps us cosy in the bleak Scottish evenings. This is a fantastic place for the family to enjoy and a great place to entertain guests.
